IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
There are two important steps in the registration process:
1. Become a CAAS member for 2024
You must sign up and become a member for 2024. Click here to become a 2024 CAAS member now before registering for the convention. If you have already paid your 2024 membership fee, or have added a 2024 membership to your cart, you will skip to step 2. Current membership is required to attend the annual CAAS Convention in Nashville.
2. Convention Registration Payment & Name Tag info
In this step you will choose your registration option and provide name tag details for the convention. If you added a 2024 membership to you cart in Step 1 you’ll be able to pay for both membership and convention registration in one transaction on our checkout page once you complete Step 2. Our payment system accepts all major credit cards and ensures secure transactions through Stripe.
There are two options for registration:
• Full 4-day pass (Wednesday through Saturday), $350.
• 2-day pass (Friday and Saturday only), $250.
You will choose which registration option you want below.
After selecting a registration option below you will add the selection to your cart by pushing “add to cart” at the bottom of the page. You’ll then be prompted to input your member name tag information for the convention (Your Name, City/State). Once you’ve completed the name tag form once again click “add to cart” at the bottom of the form which will automatically add your registration to your shopping cart, and then you’re ready to checkout and complete your payment. You can find the “cart” button at any time in the upper right hand corner of our website once you’ve added an item.
Please note: Your CAAS convention registration is valid for your family unit, which includes the registered member and spouse or significant other, and immediate family members accompanying them. Everyone must have a badge and names must be provided during registration. You’ll see a space in the registration form to add these names if you’re family member(s) are joining you. It is important to specify immediate family members only. Registrations cannot be shared or combined with individuals outside of your immediate family household.
